ఈ లోకంలో జీవిస్తున్నప్పుడు మనం అనుభవించే చిన్న చిన్న విజయాలు లేదా లోకసంబంధమైన అధికారాలు మనుషులను తరచుగా అహంకారంలోకి నెట్టేస్తుంటాయి. మరికొన్నిసార్లు లోకంలో ఉన్న శక్తులు, ప్రతికూల పరిస్థితులు మనల్ని భయాందోళనలకు గురిచేస్తుంటాయి. కానీ సకల ఆధిపత్యములకు, సృష్టికి మూలకారకుడు మన దేవుడే. ఆయన సమస్త ప్రభువులకు ప్రభువు, రాజులకు రాజు. లోకంలో ఉన్న ఏ అధికారం గానీ, ఏ శక్తులు గానీ ఆయన సార్వభౌమత్వానికి మించినవి కావు. సృష్టికర్తయైన దేవుని మహోన్నతమైన అధికారాన్ని, ఆయన యుగయుగములు నిలిచే కృపను తలంచుకుంటూ కీర్తనకారుడు కీర్తనలు 136:3 లో ఈ ఆత్మీయ పిలుపును ప్రచురించాడు:
"ప్రభువుల ప్రభువునకు కృతజ్ఞతాస్తుతులు చెల్లించుడి; ఆయన కృప నిరంతరముండును."

కృతజ్ఞతాస్తుతులు చెల్లించుడి (Give thanks to Him): ప్రభువు చేసిన మేళ్లను, ఆయన సార్వభౌమత్వాన్ని గుర్తించి హృదయపూర్వక కృతజ్ఞతలు అర్పించడం విశ్వాసికి ఎంతో ఆవశ్యకం. స్తుతి అనేది మన హృదయములోని ఆందోళనలను, భయాలను పటాపంచలు చేస్తుంది.
ఆయన కృప నిరంతరముండును (His mercy endureth for ever): లోకసంబంధమైన దయ, ఆదరణ కాలంతో పాటు మారిపోవచ్చు; కానీ దేవుడు మన పట్ల చూపే కృప (Mercy) కాలాంతరముల వరకు, నిరంతరము నిలిచి ఉంటుంది.
ఈ రోజు మీ దైనందిన జీవితంలో ఎదురవుతున్న తీవ్రమైన సవాళ్లు, అధికారుల ఒత్తిళ్లు లేదా పరిష్కారం లేని సమస్యలను చూసి "నా పరిస్థితిని మార్చే శక్తి ఎవరికి ఉంది?" అని తీవ్రమైన నిరాశతో, ఆందోళనతో కృంగిపోతున్నారా? పరిస్థితుల ఒత్తిడి వల్ల అంతరంగంలో నెమ్మది కోల్పోయారా? అధైర్యపడకండి!

Yet, earthly powers are fragile, fleeting, and strictly bounded by time. Above every system, ruler, or worldly authority stands the Sovereign Creator, who reigns supreme over all creation. Reminding us of heaven's absolute authority and unending mercy, the Psalmist releases this glorious decree in Psalms 136:3:
"O give thanks to the Lord of lords: for his mercy endureth for ever."
Within this powerful divine directive lie three essential spiritual realities that establish our souls in absolute rest and unshakeable confidence:
Lord of Lords: The God we serve holds total, supreme jurisdiction over every earthly power, spiritual stronghold, and natural circumstance. No earthly system or opposition can override His sovereign will for your life.
