ఈ లోకంలో జీవిస్తున్నప్పుడు ఊహించని సవాళ్లు, వరుస ఓటములు లేదా సుదీర్ఘమైన శ్రమలు ఎదురైనప్పుడు మనస్సు తీవ్రమైన క్రుంగుబాటుకు (Depression / Exhaustion) గురవ్వడం సహజం. "ఇక నా వల్ల కాదు, నా శక్తి అయిపోయింది" అని భావించి నిరాశలో మునిగిపోతున్న తరుణంలో... లోకం మన బలహీనతను చూసి దూరం కావచ్చు. కానీ మన పరలోకపు తండ్రి మన బలహీనతలలోనే తన పూర్ణ శక్తినీ, అభయాన్ని ప్రదర్శిస్తాడు. మనం నిస్సహాయ స్థితిలో ఉన్నప్పుడు ఆయన మనల్ని చేయి పట్టి లేవనెత్తుతాడు. తన జీవితంలో ఎదురైన తీవ్రమైన మరణకరమైన శ్రమల నుండి దేవుడు అనుగ్రహించిన అద్భుతమైన విమోచనను తలంచుకుంటూ భక్తుడైన కీర్తనకారుడు కీర్తనలు 116:6 లో ఈ గొప్ప ఆత్మీయ సాక్ష్యాన్ని ప్రకటించాడు:
"యెహోవా అమాయకులను కాపాడువాడు; నేను క్రుంగియుండగా ఆయన నన్ను రక్షించెను."

యెహోవా అమాయకులను కాపాడువాడు (The Lord preserveth the simple): దేవుడు కపటం లేని, దీన మనస్సు కలిగినవారిని, తనపై సంపూర్ణంగా ఆధారపడే వారిని ఎల్లప్పుడూ తన దైవిక కాపలాలో ఉంచుతాడు. ఆయన దృష్టి వారిపై నిరంతరం ఉంటుంది.
నేను క్రుంగియుండగా (I was brought low): మన సొంత బలం, జ్ఞానం, లోకపు ఆధారాలన్నీ విఫలమై, మనం అగాధంలో పడిపోయినట్లు భావించే స్థితియే 'క్రుంగియుండుట'. మన అతి తక్కువ స్థితి కూడా దేవుని దైవిక హస్తానికి అందనంత దూరంలో ఏమీ లేదు.
ఆయన నన్ను రక్షించెను (He helped me / saved me): దేవుడు మనల్ని కేవలం జాలితో చూసి వదిలేయడు; ఆయన స్వయంగా జోక్యం చేసుకుని మనల్ని ఆ నిరాశ, ఆపదల నుండి సంపూర్ణంగా విడిపించి, సురక్షితమైన స్థలంలో నిలబెడతాడు.
ఈ రోజు మీ దైనందిన జీవితంలో లేదా మీ ఉద్యోగ, వ్యాపార, ఆరోగ్య, కుటుంబ పరిస్థితులలో "నా జీవితంలో ఈ క్రుంగుబాటు మారదా? నా పరిస్థితికి రక్షణ లేదా?" అని తీవ్రమైన ఆందోళనతో, నిరాశతో కృంగిపోతున్నారా? వాతావరణంలోని ఒత్తిడి వల్ల అంతరంగంలో నెమ్మది కోల్పోయారా? అధైర్యపడకండి!
మీ చూపును ఎదురవుతున్న తీవ్రమైన శ్రమల వైపు నుండి తిప్పి, మిమ్మల్ని రక్షించడానికి సమర్థుడైన సర్వశక్తిమంతుడైన దేవుని వైపు సారించండి. దేవుడు మీ క్రుంగుబాటును చూస్తున్నాడు; ఆయన మీ పక్షాన నిలబడి మిమ్మల్ని లేవనెత్తబోతున్నాడు. ఈ రోజే మీ భయాలను, ఆందోళనలను ఆయన పాదాల చెంత సమర్పించి, ఆయన దైవిక అభయాన్ని విశ్వాసంతో స్వీకరించండి. నమ్మదగిన మీ పరలోకపు తండ్రి మీ ఆందోళనలను తొలగించి, తన ప్రశాంతతతో మీ హృదయాన్ని నింపి, మీకు నూతన జయాన్ని అనుగ్రహించి విజయం వైపు నడిపించబోతున్నారు. ఆమేన్!--------------------------In this world, prolonged hardships, unexpected emotional setbacks, or crushing burdens can easily bring human strength to its absolute limit. During seasons of deep despair, when you feel completely brought low and depleted of energy, earthly solutions often prove inadequate and human companions may fade away. Yet, it is precisely at our point of zero human strength that heaven's intervention shines brightest. Celebrating the Sovereign God who personally pulled him out from the depths of despair, the Psalmist declares this unshakeable testimony in Psalms 116:6:
"The Lord preserveth the simple: I was brought low, and he helped me."
