ఈ లోకంలో జీవిస్తున్నప్పుడు మనుషులు ఆశలు, సంతోషం లేదా మార్గదర్శకత్వం కోసం అనేక తాత్కాలికమైన వెలుగులను (లోకసంబంధమైన జ్ఞానము, ధనము, హోదా) వెతుకుతుంటారు. కానీ, ఆ లోకసంబంధమైన వెలుగులు జీవితంలోని కష్టాలు, శోధనలు మరియు మరణచ్ఛాయల ముందు త్వరితగతిన ఆరిపోతాయి. అయితే, సృష్టికర్తయైన దేవుడు మనల్ని అజ్ఞానమనే దట్టమైన అంధకారంలో విడిచిపెట్టలేదు. మన హృదయాలలోని సకల భయాలను, అపరాధ భావాన్ని మరియు నిరాశలను తొలగించి, నిత్య జీవాన్ని ప్రసాదించడానికి రక్షకుడైన యేసుక్రీస్తు 'నిజమైన వెలుగుగా' ఈ లోకంలోనికి వచ్చాడు. ఈ గొప్ప ఆత్మీయ సత్యాన్ని అపొస్తలుడైన యోహాను యోహాను 1:9 లో ఈ విధంగా ప్రకటిస్తున్నాడు:

నిజమైన వెలుగు (The True Light): యేసుక్రీస్తు నకిలీ లేదా తాత్కాలికమైన వెలుగు కాదు; ఆయన సత్యమైన, నిత్యమైన దైవిక వెలుగు. ఆ వెలుగు ప్రవేశించిన చోట ఏ అబద్ధము, శత్రువు అంధకార శక్తులు నిలబడలేవు.
ప్రతి మనుష్యుని వెలిగించుచున్నది (Lighteth every man): దేవుని దైవిక వెలుగు కేవలం కొద్దిమందికి లేదా ఒక విభాగానికి మాత్రమే పరిమితమైనది కాదు. ఆయన వద్దకు వచ్చే ప్రతి ఒక్కరి హృదయ అంతరంగాన్ని, మనస్సాక్షిని తన సత్యంతో వెలిగించి నూతన మార్గాన్ని చూపుతాడు.

ఈ రోజు మీ దైనందిన జీవితంలో లేదా మీ కుటుంబ, ఉద్యోగ, వ్యాపార, ఆరోగ్య పరిస్థితులలో భవిష్యత్తు తెలియని చీకటి ఆవరించి, "నా జీవితానికి సరైన దారి దొరుకుతుందా? నా అంతరంగంలోని ఆందోళనలు తొలగిపోతాయా?" అని తీవ్రమైన నిరాశతో కృంగిపోతున్నారా? పరిస్థితుల ఒత్తిడి వల్ల అంతరంగంలో నెమ్మది కోల్పోయారా? అధైర్యపడకండి!
