ఈ లోకంలో మనం జీవిస్తున్నప్పుడు ఎన్నో రకాల గాయాలు, బాధలు, అవమానాలు మనల్ని చుట్టుముడుతుంటాయి. మనసుకు కష్టం వచ్చినప్పుడు లేదా తీవ్రమైన వేదన అనుభవిస్తున్నప్పుడు మనకు అందరికంటే ఎక్కువగా గుర్తుకువచ్చేది "తల్లి". ఒక బిడ్డ ఏడుస్తూ వెళ్లినప్పుడు తల్లి ఆ బిడ్డను రొమ్ముకు హత్తుకుని, కన్నీళ్లు తుడిచి, ఇచ్చే ఆదరణ లోకంలో మరెక్కడా దొరకదు. అయితే, మనల్ని సృష్టించిన పరలోకపు తండ్రి, తన ప్రేమను ఒక తల్లి ప్రేమతో పోలుస్తూ మన హృదయాలను తేటపరిచే అత్యంత మధురమైన వాగ్దానాన్ని యెషయా 66:13 లో మనకు అనుగ్రహించారు:

మీరు ఒంటరిగా లేరు, మీ పక్కనే ఆదరించే దేవుడు ఉన్నారు. మీ కన్నీళ్లను, మీ చింతలను ఈ రోజే ఆ మంచి కాపరి పాదాల చెంత పెట్టేయండి. ఒక తల్లి తన బిడ్డను గుండెలకు హత్తుకుని నెమ్మది పరిచినట్లు, సజీవుడైన దేవుడు ఈ క్షణమే మీ హృదయ గాయాలను కడిగి, తన అద్భుతమైన పరలోకపు సమాధానంతో, ఆదరణతో మీ జీవితాన్ని నింపబోతున్నారు. ఆమేన్!

Living in this world, various wounds, griefs, and humiliations can surround us. When our heart is troubled or when we pass through deep agony, the person we remember most is our "mother." When a child goes weeping to a mother, the comfort she offers by embracing the child, wiping away the tears, is unparalleled anywhere else in the world. However, our Heavenly Father, comparing His own love to that of a mother, gave us a most tender promise to soothe our troubled souls in Isaiah 66:13:
"As one whom his mother comforteth, so will I comfort you."
Within this powerful divine promise lie three essential spiritual truths that act as a healing balm to our inner wounds:
The Creator Expressing Motherly Love: This verse reveals the profound compassion held by the Almighty, the King of kings who fashioned the universe. He is not a distant God who merely dictates; He is the Heavenly Father who steps close like a mother during our times of distress, cradling us and soothing our pain.
Flawless Comfort: A mother knows the grief of her child even if it is left unsaid. Likewise, the Lord is intimately aware of the silent weeping and hidden sorrow in your heart. The comfort people offer in this world might be superficial, but God's comfort touches your innermost being, granting you absolute rest.
An Everlasting Bond: Worldly affections can shift depending on circumstances, but the love of the God who engraved us on the palms of His hands remains unaltered. Every single minute you feel isolated, His loving arms are stretched out to envelope you.
Are you shedding tears in loneliness today due to the trials in your daily life, thinking, "There is no one to share my burden, no one to truly understand me"? Have certain life events deeply wounded your spirit? Take heart!
You are not stranded; the God of all comfort is right beside you. Cast all your tears and anxieties at the feet of the Good Shepherd today. Just as a mother holds her child close to quiet their fears, the Living God will wash away your heartache this very hour and saturate your life with His marvelous, heavenly peace and comfort. Amen!
