మన జీవితంలో కొన్ని రోజులు సాధారణంగా గడిచిపోతాయి, కానీ కొన్ని రోజులు మన చరిత్రను తిరగరాస్తాయి. అలాంటి ఒక అద్భుతమైన రోజే 'మట్టల ఆదివారం' (Palm Sunday). వేలాది మంది ప్రజలు తమ వస్త్రాలను, ఖర్జూరపు మట్టలను దారి పొడవునా పరుస్తూ, మత్తయి 21:9 లో చెప్పబడినట్లుగా: "దావీదు కుమారునికి జయము (హోసన్నా), ప్రభువు పేరట వచ్చువాడు స్తుతింపబడును గాక" అని జయధ్వానాలు చేశారు.
అసలు 'హోసన్నా' అంటే అర్థం ఏమిటి?
'హోసన్నా' అంటే "ఇప్పుడే మమ్మల్ని రక్షించు" (Save us now) అని అర్థం. ఆనాడు ప్రజలు తమను రాజకీయ బంధనాల నుండి రక్షించమని కేకలు వేశారు. కానీ యేసుప్రభువు వారిని పాపపు బంధనాల నుండి, మరణ భయం నుండి రక్షించడానికి ఒక 'రాజు'లా కాకుండా, ఒక 'దీనుడిలా' గాడిద పిల్లపై వచ్చారు.
జీవితాన్ని మార్చే సందేశం (Life Changing Message):
ప్రపంచం ఎప్పుడూ శక్తిని, అధికారాన్ని, ఆర్భాటాన్ని చూసి జై కొడుతుంది. కానీ దేవుడు మీ 'దీనత్వాన్ని', మీ 'హృదయాన్ని' చూసి మీ జీవితంలోకి వస్తారు. ఆనాడు ఎరుషలేము వీధుల్లోకి యేసు ఎలా ప్రవేశించారో, ఈ రోజు మీ హృదయము అనే నగరంలోకి ఆయనను ఆహ్వానించండి. మీ సమస్యలు ఎంత పెద్దవైనా, మీ పోరాటాలు ఎంత కఠినమైనా.. మీరు "హోసన్నా! ప్రభువా నన్ను రక్షించు" అని పూర్ణహృదయంతో పిలిస్తే, ఆయన మీ జీవితంలో అద్భుతమైన విజయాన్ని (Victory) ప్రసాదిస్తారు.
ఒక చిన్న ఉదాహరణ:
ఒక సామాన్యమైన గాడిద పిల్లపై లోక రక్షకుడు కూర్చున్నప్పుడు దానికి ఎంత గౌరవం దక్కిందో చూశారా? అలాగే, మీ జీవితం ఎంత సామాన్యమైనదైనా, బలహీనమైనదైనా.. మీరు దేవునికి చోటిస్తే, మీ విలువ అసాధారణంగా మారుతుంది. లోకం మిమ్మల్ని తక్కువ చూడవచ్చు, కానీ దేవుడు మిమ్మల్ని తన విజయానికి సాక్షులుగా నిలబెడతారు.
గుర్తుంచుకోండి, జయధ్వానాలు కేవలం ఆనాడు ఎరుషలేము వీధుల్లోనే కాదు, ఈరోజు మీ ఇంట్లో, మీ హృదయంలో వినిపించాలి. నిరాశను వదిలిపెట్టండి, జయమునిచ్చే రాజు మీ పక్షాన ఉన్నారు! ధైర్యంగా ఉండండి, విజయం మీదే! ఆమేన్!

In our lives, some days pass by normally, but others rewrite our history. One such extraordinary day is 'Palm Sunday.' Thousands of people spread their cloaks and palm branches along the path, shouting as recorded in Matthew 21:9: "Hosanna to the Son of David! Blessed is he who comes in the name of the Lord!"
What does 'Hosanna' actually mean?
'Hosanna' means "Save us now." On that day, people cried out to be saved from political bondage. However, Jesus came not as a worldly king with pomp and show, but as a humble Savior on a young donkey, to save them from the bondage of sin and the fear of death.
Life-Changing Motivation:
The world always cheers for power, authority, and display. But God looks at your 'humility' and your 'heart' to enter your life. Just as Jesus entered the streets of Jerusalem, invite Him into the city of your heart today. No matter how big your problems or how tough your battles, if you call out with all your heart, "Hosanna! Lord, save me," He will grant you a marvelous victory.
A Simple Example:
Notice the honor given to a simple donkey when the Savior of the world sat upon it. Similarly, no matter how ordinary or weak your life may seem, if you give space to God, your value becomes extraordinary. The world may look down on you, but God will establish you as a witness to His victory.
Remember, the shouts of victory shouldn't just belong to the streets of Jerusalem long ago; they should resonate in your home and heart today. Leave despair behind; the King of Victory is on your side! Stay courageous, victory is yours! Amen!
