In our lives, education, job, and experience can give us worldly knowledge. But in God’s eyes, true wisdom is something else entirely. In Psalms 111:10, the psalmist proclaims: "The fear of the Lord is the beginning of wisdom."
This is not just a principle; it is a critical foundation for our spiritual growth. Fear of the Lord means honoring His authority and holiness. By following God's will and keeping His commandments, we gain true wisdom.
A Simple Example:
When we build a building, the stronger its foundation, the more secure the building will be. Similarly, our spiritual life will also be built on the foundation of the fear of God, and it will grant us the strength and grace needed to face Satan's temptations.
Life-Changing Motivation:
Today, do not be discouraged by your troubles; look toward the Creator and praise Him with enthusiasm. Fear of the Lord means honoring His authority and holiness. If we trust Him and take delight in Him, He will surely fulfill our desires. Stay courageous, glorify His name, and victory will be yours! Amen!
