మన జీవితంలో అప్పుడప్పుడు ఊహించని తుఫానులు వస్తుంటాయి. అనారోగ్యం, ఆర్థిక ఇబ్బందులు లేదా మనశ్శాంతి లేని పరిస్థితులు ఎదురైనప్పుడు మనం ఎక్కడికి వెళ్లాలో తెలియక తలదాచుకోవడానికి సురక్షితమైన చోటు కోసం వెతుకుతాం. అలాంటి సమయంలో దేవుని వాక్యం మనకు ఒక కొండంత అండగా నిలుస్తుంది. భక్తుడైన కీర్తనకారుడు కీర్తనలు 46:1 లో ఇలా ప్రకటిస్తున్నాడు: "దేవుడు మనకు ఆశ్రయమును దుర్గమునై యున్నాడు, ఆపత్కాలములో ఆయన నమ్ముకొనదగిన సహాయకుడు."
ఈ వచనంలో రెండు ముఖ్యమైన విషయాలు ఉన్నాయి. ఒకటి, ఆయన మనకు 'దుర్గము' (Fortress). అంటే శత్రువు మనల్ని తాకలేనంత ఎత్తులో, బలమైన కోటలా ఆయన మనల్ని కాపాడుతాడు. రెండోది, ఆయన 'నమ్ముకొనదగిన సహాయకుడు'. లోకంలో మనుషులు అవసరానికి ఉండి, ఆపద రాగానే విడిచిపెట్టవచ్చు. కానీ దేవుడు అలా కాదు; కష్టం వచ్చినప్పుడే ఆయన ఇంకా దగ్గరగా ఉండి మనకు సహాయం చేస్తాడు.
ఒక చిన్న ఉదాహరణ:
భయంకరమైన వర్షం పడుతున్నప్పుడు ఒక బలమైన ఇంటి లోపల ఉంటే మనకు ఎంత ధైర్యంగా ఉంటుందో.. లోకంలో ఎన్ని సమస్యలు ఎదురైనా దేవుని ప్రార్థనలో, ఆయన వాక్యంలో మనం ఉన్నప్పుడు అంతకంటే ఎక్కువ రక్షణ మనకు లభిస్తుంది. బయట తుఫాను ఉండవచ్చు, కానీ లోపల ఉన్న మీకు మాత్రం దేవుడు ఇచ్చే అద్భుతమైన శాంతి ఉంటుంది.
జీవితాన్ని మార్చే మాట (Life Changing Word):
ఈ రోజు మీరు ఎదుర్కొంటున్న 'ఆపద' ఏదైనా కావచ్చు, అది దేవుని కంటే పెద్దది కాదు. మీరు ఒంటరిగా పోరాడటం లేదు. మీ పక్షాన సర్వశక్తిమంతుడైన దేవుడు ఒక బలమైన కోటలా నిలబడి ఉన్నాడు. ఆయనపై పూర్తి నమ్మకం ఉంచండి. మీరు పిలవకముందే ఆయన మీ ప్రార్థన వింటాడు, మీరు అడగకముందే సహాయం చేయడానికి సిద్ధంగా ఉంటాడు. భయపడకండి, వెనకడుగు వేయకండి; మీ ఆశ్రయమైన దేవుడు మీతోనే ఉన్నాడు! ధైర్యంగా ఉండండి, విజయం మీదే! ఆమేన్!

In our lives, unexpected storms often arise. When we face illness, financial troubles, or moments of distress, we search for a safe place to hide. In such times, God's Word stands as a mountain of support. The psalmist declares in Psalms 46:1: "God is our refuge and strength, an ever-present help in trouble."
There are two profound truths in this verse. First, He is our 'Refuge' and 'Fortress'. This means He protects us like a strong castle, high above where the enemy cannot reach. Second, He is a 'Reliable Helper'. In this world, people might be with us for their needs and leave when trouble strikes. But God is different; He stays even closer during our hardships to help us.
A Simple Example:
Think of how secure you feel inside a sturdy house during a heavy rainstorm. Similarly, no matter how many problems arise in the world, when you are in God's prayer and His Word, you receive even greater protection. There may be a storm outside, but inside, you possess the wonderful peace that God provides.
Life-Changing Motivation:
Whatever 'trouble' you are facing today, it is not bigger than God. You are not fighting alone. The Almighty God stands by your side like a mighty fortress. Place your complete trust in Him. He hears your prayer before you even call and is ready to help before you even ask. Do not fear, do not back down; God, your refuge, is with you! Stay courageous, victory is yours! Amen!
