నేటి ఆత్మీయ సందేశం (Today's Spiritual Message)
మన దైనందిన జీవితంలో ఎన్నో రకాల ఒత్తిడులు, సవాళ్లు ఎదురైనప్పుడు మన హృదయం ఆందోళనతో నిండిపోతుంటుంది. అలాంటి సమయాల్లో దేవుని సన్నిధికి వెళ్లడం అంటే కేవలం మన అవసరాల జాబితాను ఆయన ముందు పెట్టడం మాత్రమే కాదు; గతంలో ఆయన మనకు చేసిన మేలులను తలచుకుంటూ కృతజ్ఞతతో ఆయనను స్తుతించడం. దేవుని సన్నిధికి మనం ఎలాంటి హృదయంతో వెళ్లాలో మరియు ఆయనను ఎలా ఘనపరచాలో కీర్తనకారుడు ఈ వచనంలో ఎంతో స్పష్టంగా పిలుపునిస్తున్నాడు. కీర్తనలు 95:2 లో లేఖనం ఇలా సెలవిస్తోంది:
"కృతజ్ఞతాస్తుతులతో ఆయన సన్నిధికి వచ్చెదము, కీర్తనలు పాడుచు ఆయన పేరట సంతోషగానము చేయుదము."
ఈ శక్తివంతమైన ఆరాధన పిలుపులో మన ఆత్మీయ జీవితాన్ని బలపరిచే మూడు ముఖ్యమైన ఆత్మీయ సత్యాలు ఉన్నాయి:
కృతజ్ఞతాస్తుతులతో సన్నిధికి వచ్చుట: దేవుని సన్నిధిలోకి ప్రవేశించడానికి 'కృతజ్ఞత' (Thankfulness) అనేది ఒక తాళంచెవి లాంటిది. మనకు ఉన్న ఇబ్బందుల కంటే దేవుడు మనకు చేసిన ఉపకారాలు, మనకు అనుగ్రహించిన జీవము, ఆరోగ్యము ఎంతో గొప్పవి. ఆ కృతజ్ఞతా హృదయమే మనల్ని దేవునికి మరింత దగ్గర చేస్తుంది.
కీర్తనలు పాడుచు ఆరాధించుట: దేవునిని స్తుతించడం అనేది మన అంతరంగంలో ఉన్న భక్తిని, ప్రేమను వ్యక్తపరిచే మార్గం. మన గొంతు ఎత్తి ఆయన నామ సంకీర్తన చేసినప్పుడు, మన మనస్సులోని భారాలన్నీ తొలగిపోయి దైవికమైన ప్రశాంతత ఆవరిస్తుంది.
ఆయన పేరట సంతోషగానము చేయుట: లోకసంబంధమైన సంతోషం పరిస్థితులపై ఆధారపడి ఉంటుంది, కానీ దేవుని పేరట చేసే సంతోషగానం (Joyful noise) మనకు ఆయనే సర్వస్వం అనే నిశ్చయత నుండి వస్తుంది. పరిస్థితులు ఎలా ఉన్నప్పటికీ, మన దేవుడు నమ్మకస్థుడు కాబట్టి మనం సంతోషంగా ఆయనను స్తుతించగలం.
ఈ రోజు మీ జీవితంలో ఏదో తెలియని వెలితి, నిరాశ మిమ్మల్ని వేధిస్తున్నాయా? ప్రార్థన చేయడానికి మోకరించినప్పుడు కేవలం సమస్యలే గుర్తొస్తూ హృదయం కుంగిపోతోందా? అయితే మీ ప్రార్థన విధానాన్ని మార్చుకోండి. ఈ రోజే దేవుడు మీ జీవితంలో చేసిన మేలులన్నింటినీ ఒక్కసారి జ్ఞాపకం చేసుకోండి. మీ నోరు తెరిచి కృతజ్ఞతాస్తుతులు చెల్లించడం ప్రారంభించండి, ఆయన పేరట సంతోషగానం చేయండి. మీరు స్తుతించడం ప్రారంభించినప్పుడు, మీ చుట్టూ ఉన్న నిరాశ అనే అంధకారం పారిపోతుంది మరియు దేవుని మహిమ కలిగిన హస్తం మీ పక్షాన కార్యం చేయడం మీరు చూస్తారు. ఆమేన్!

When we encounter various pressures and challenges in our daily lives, our hearts often get filled with anxiety. In those moments, coming into God's presence is not just about placing a list of our needs before Him; it is about remembering the benefits He has done for us in the past and praising Him with a grateful heart. The Psalmist extends a clear invitation in this verse regarding the attitude we should have when entering God's presence and how we should honor Him. Psalms 95:2 declares:
"Let us come before his presence with thanksgiving, and make a joyful noise unto him with psalms."
Within this powerful call to worship lie three essential spiritual truths that strengthen our spiritual life:
Coming with Thanksgiving: 'Thanksgiving' is like a key to entering the presence of God. The blessings, life, and health He has granted us are far greater than the troubles we face. A grateful heart draws us much closer to God.
Worshipping with Psalms: Praising God is a way to express the devotion and love residing within our souls. When we lift our voices to sing praises unto His name, the heavy burdens in our minds vanish, and a divine tranquility takes over.
Making a Joyful Noise unto Him: Worldly joy depends entirely on our circumstances, but making a joyful noise in the name of the Lord stems from the absolute assurance that He is everything to us. No matter how challenging the situation, we can praise Him joyfully because our God is faithful.
Are you troubled by an unknown emptiness or despair in your life today? When you kneel down to pray, do you find your heart sinking as you only focus on your problems? If so, change the way you pray today. Take a moment to remember every single good thing God has done in your life. Open your mouth, begin to offer sacrifices of thanksgiving, and make a joyful noise unto Him. As you praise Him, the darkness of despair around you will flee, and you will witness the glorious hand of God working on your behalf. Amen!
