ఈ లోకంలో జీవిస్తున్నప్పుడు మనుషులు చూపే ప్రేమ, అనురాగం లేదా ఆదరణ తరచుగా ప్రతిఫలాన్ని ఆశిస్తాయి లేదా పరిమితంగా ఉంటాయి. పరిస్థితులు మారినప్పుడు లోకసంబంధమైన ఈ బంధాలు క్షీణించిపోవచ్చు. కానీ, మన పరలోకపు తండ్రి మన పట్ల చూపే దైవిక కృప (Grace) అపరిమితమైనది మరియు మారనిది. మన అర్హతలను బట్టి కాకుండా, ఆయన స్వభావ సిద్ధమైన దయను బట్టి ప్రతిరోజూ మనపై తన కృపను కుమ్మరిస్తున్నాడు. మన బలహీనతలు, శ్రమలు ఎంత పెద్దవైనప్పటికీ... వాటన్నింటి కంటే దేవుని కృప మన పట్ల అత్యధికంగా, 'హెచ్చుగా' (Abundant) ఉంది. భక్తుడైన కీర్తనకారుడు దేవుని అగాధమైన కృపను, ఆయన నమ్మకమైన సత్యాన్ని స్మరిస్తూ కీర్తనలు 117:2 లో ఈ గొప్ప ఆత్మీయ సత్యాన్ని ప్రకటిస్తున్నాడు:

ఆయన నమ్మకత్వము నిరంతరము నిలుచును (The truth of the Lord endureth for ever): లోకంలో సమస్తమూ మారిపోవచ్చు; మనుష్యుల మాటలు, పరిస్థితులు తలకిందులు కావచ్చు. కానీ దేవుని నమ్మకత్వము (Faithfulness) మరియు ఆయన వాగ్దానాలు యుగయుగములు మారనివిగా, నిరంతరం నిలిచి ఉంటాయి.
