Yet, in this changing universe, the singular, supreme Sanctuary that remains entirely immutable is our Lord Jesus Christ. Offering a rock-solid foundation for our life of faith, the author of Hebrews triumphantly declares this eternal reality in Hebrews 13:8:
"Jesus Christ the same yesterday, and to day, and for ever."
