నేటి ఆత్మీయ సందేశం (Today's Spiritual Message)
ఈ రోజుల్లో చాలామందిని వేధించే ప్రధాన సమస్యలలో 'నిద్రలేమి' ఒకటి. రేపటి గురించిన భయాలు, మనసులో ఉండే ఆందోళనలు, శత్రువుల వంటి సమస్యలు మనల్ని చుట్టుముట్టినప్పుడు రాత్రిపూట ప్రశాంతంగా కన్నుమూయడం కష్టంగా మారుతుంది. కానీ దేవుని బిడ్డలకు ఉండవలసిన ధైర్యం ఎలాంటిదో భక్తుడైన దావీదు తన జీవితం ద్వారా చూపిస్తున్నాడు. చుట్టూ శత్రువులు ముట్టడించిన స్థితిలో కూడా ఆయన కీర్తనలు 3:5 లో ఇలా అంటున్నాడు: "యెహోవా నాకు ఆధారము; కావున నేను పండుకొని నిద్రపోయి మేలుకొందును."
దావీదు అంత ప్రశాంతంగా నిద్రపోవడానికి కారణం ఆయన తన బలం మీద కాదు, దేవుని మీద ఆధారపడ్డాడు. మనల్ని కాపాడే దేవుడు కునుకడు, నిద్రపోడు. మనం నిద్రపోతున్నప్పుడు కూడా ఆయన మన పక్షాన కార్యం చేస్తూనే ఉంటాడు. "నా సమస్యలను నేను మోయలేను ప్రభువా, నీవే నాకు ఆధారం" అని ఎప్పుడైతే మనం దేవునికి సమస్తాన్ని అప్పగిస్తామో, అప్పుడు మన మనస్సుకు అద్భుతమైన నెమ్మది లభిస్తుంది.
మీరు ఈ రోజు ఏ విషయాల గురించి ఆలోచిస్తూ నిద్రలేని రాత్రులు గడుపుతున్నారు? ఏ ఆందోళనలు మీ మనశ్శాంతిని దొంగిలిస్తున్నాయి? వాటన్నింటినీ ఈ రాత్రి దేవుని చేతుల్లో పెట్టండి. మీ జీవితానికి, మీ కుటుంబానికి యెహోవాయే ఆధారం. ఆయన రక్షణ కవచం మీ చుట్టూ ఉన్నప్పుడు మీరు దేనికిని భయపడాల్సిన అవసరం లేదు. దేవునిపై పూర్తి నమ్మకంతో నిశ్చింతగా ఉండండి; ఆయన మిమ్మల్ని క్షేమంగా పండుకొనబెట్టి, ఉత్సాహంతో మేల్కొనేలా చేస్తాడు. ఆమేన్!

In today's world, one of the major challenges many people face is sleeplessness. When fears about tomorrow, anxieties in the mind, or enemy-like problems surround us, closing our eyes peacefully at night becomes difficult. However, David shows us through his life the kind of courage a child of God should possess. Even when surrounded by foes, he declares in Psalms 3:5: "I laid me down and slept; I awaked; for the Lord sustained me."
The reason David could sleep so peacefully was that he relied on God, not on his own strength. The God who watches over us neither slumbers nor sleeps. Even while we are fast asleep, He continues to work on our behalf. When we surrender everything to God, saying, "Lord, I cannot carry these burdens, You are my sustenance," our minds find an unparalleled rest.
What matters are keeping you awake at night with endless thoughts today? What anxieties are stealing your peace of mind? Place them all into God's hands tonight. The Lord is the sustenance for your life and your family. When His shield of protection is around you, you have absolutely nothing to fear. Rest with complete trust in the Lord; He will let you lie down in safety and cause you to awake with renewed strength. Amen!
